NeuLife Wellness is a personal training and fitness studio that has served the twin cites area since 2012. We provide excellent service to clients while specializing in weight loss, women's health and exercise rehabilitation. Our goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgement-free environment for every person who walks through our front door. Jill graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Following school, she worked at an elite sports performance facility where she was a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor. With a passion for people and exercise, Jill decided to open NeuLife Wellness. Since opening in 2012, she has gained knowledge and understanding in women's health, weight loss, exercise rehabilitation, prenatal/postpartum and sports-specific training. Jill is also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.
Jill grew up in Waconia, MN and loved being active and playing sports, including volleyball, soccer and pole-vaulting. Jill met her husband Lance while studying at Bethel University. They married in 2010 and now have 3 wonderful children.

Brenda has always been passionate about exercise and wellness. She worked as a PTA in spinal rehab for over 10 years. Her passion for exercise inspired her to become certified as a Personal Trainer through NASM. For the last few years, she has worked one-on-one and in small-group exercise classes for women. She has had extra training in yoga, nutrition and behavior change coaching.
She now lives in Savage, MN with her husband, Steve, and between the two of them, have three girls. She has enjoyed playing volleyball, softball and raquetball and really loves hiking in nature. Her other interests are in cooking, photography and watching movies at the theater.
